The collision between the academic authority and executive authority is always a problem that our university administration has been facing.How to collocate their relationship has a direct influence on the running mode of university and its effects.Based on the analyzing the puzzledom of their collocation and its causes,the paper probes into the two authorities＇ orientation and the means or strategies for their harmonious collocation.
