摘要
以中美两国公立大学为研究对象,以治理理论如利益相关者理论、委托代理理论和资源依存理论等为理论依据,对两国公立大学的内部治理结构进行比较分析,并结合我国公立大学的实际情况,探求我国公立大学内部治理结构的合理构建。
The internal management structures of the public universities of China and The United States are compared and analyzed based on the management theories,such as the stakeholder theory,the principal-agent theory and the resource dependence theory.It is to help construct a more reasonable internal management structure for Chinese public universities.
