摘要
数字化测量是自动化测试和动态波形测量所必须的关键技术,本文以几种常用的数字化测量设备为参照,对通用数字化测量系统及其评价技术的现状、特点进行了综合介绍,并从影响因素的角度出发,对数字化测量技术及其评价的发展趋势进行了展望和预测。
It is well known that digitalization measurements is prerequisite for automation test & waveform measurement. In this paper, through some typical devices,the general digitalization measurement systems & their evaluation technology are described. From different influence aspects,a view of the development & trend of digitalization measurement and its evaluation technology is given.
