护士长工作疲溃感及其应对方式的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究护士长工作疲溃感水平,探讨护士长应对方式与工作疲溃感的相关性。方法采用整群抽样法,抽取了5所三级综合医院临床一线护士长183名,采用工作疲溃感量表和简易应对方式问卷分别调查了护士长的工作疲溃感和应对方式。结果护士长的工作疲溃感水平高于国内常模,护士长情绪疲溃感和工作冷漠感得分分别为(25.23±11.45)分、8.46分,均为中度;工作无成就感得分为(32.38±10.09)分,为高度。积极应对与工作无成就感呈正相关,消极应对与情绪疲溃感和工作冷漠感呈正相关。结论提高护士长积极应对技巧,能有效降低其工作疲溃感水平。 Objective To explore the level of job burnout of head nurses and the relationship between )ob burnout and coping stiles. Methods By cluster sampling,183 head nurses from five 3 - A general hospitals were involved and investigated with the job burnout scale and the simplified coping style questionnaire. Results The scores of job burnout of head nurses were higher than the national norm. The average scores of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization were (25.23 ± 11.45 ) and 8.46, respectively both in the middle level. The average score of sense was ( 32.38 ± 10.09 ), in the middle level. The active coping was positively correlated with the score of the personal accomplishment, and the passive coping was positively correlated with the scores of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization. Conclusion Increasing the active coping skills of head nurses could reduce the level of their job burnout.
