摘要
为树立高质量的护理形象,增进患者的健康,达到患者与医院之间的双赢。通过对4R营销策略在护理领域、护理健康教育方面应用现状的分析,以4R营销策略的视角,提出对特需病房患者提高健康教育影响力的思考,为提高护理服务满意度、护理服务质量提供依据。
To establish the image of high quality care, enhance the health of patients, and achieve the win -win situation between patients and hospitals, the 4R marketing strategies were applied in nursing field and nursing health education. From the perspectives of 4R marketing strategies,the creative ideas were put forward to improve the influence of health education on patients in the special wards, which would provide the basis for improving satisfaction and quality of nursing.
