摘要
目的探讨不同阶段护理人员的培养目标及管理方法 ,为临床护理管理者提供借鉴。方法选取3个病区的护理人员作为培养对象,以职业生涯规划理论为基点,结合各阶段护理人员的心理需求和临床护理工作需要,实施规划管理策略。结果护理人员的职业满意度、患者满意度均提高(P<0.05)。结论通过加强不同阶段临床护理人员的培养与管理,正确引导护理人员的职业发展,提升护理人员的综合能力及职业满意度,有效提高护理服务质量,开创护理人员与护理工作共同发展的双赢局面。
Objective To explore training objectives and management methods of nursing staff in various stages and provide references for clinical nursing managers. Methods The nurses from three wards were selected as trainees. With the guidance of the career planning theory, the training was implemented, combining the requires of clinical nursing work and the psychological needs of nurses in different stages, and the planning management policy was carried out. Results The job satisfaction of nurses and the patient satisfaction were both improved ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Enhancing the training and management of clinical nurses in various stages and properly guiding their career development can improve the comprehensive ability and job satisfaction of nurses, effectively increase the quality of nursing,and create a win - win situation of nursing personnel and nursing work.
