摘要 目的对江苏省2009年淡色库蚊抗性进行监测,为防治药物的选择提供科学依据。方法幼虫浸渍法。结果在监测的6个市区中,各地对敌敌畏的抗性均为最高,其次为双硫磷,对氯菊酯抗性基本为最低;在测试的7种药物中,溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯、双硫磷在连云港抗性为最高,高效氯氰菊酯在南京抗性为最高,生物丙烯菊酯在南通为最高,敌敌畏、残杀威在无锡抗性为最高。氯菊酯、生物丙烯菊酯、敌敌畏、残杀威和双硫磷在南京抗性为最低,溴氰菊酯在淮安抗性为最低,高效氯氰菊酯在无锡抗性为最低。结论各地应根据抗性监测结果,停用或少用抗性高的药物,改用抗性较低的杀虫剂,在使用方法上注意药物的混配和轮换用药,减少抗药性的产生。 Objective To survey the larvae resistance of Culex pipiens pallens of Jiangsu in 2009 and provide scientific evidence for selecting control insecticide.Methods Larvae immersion preparation.Results In the 6 cities,the resistance to DDVP was the highest,and that to permethrin was the lowest.In the 7 insecticides,the resistances to deltamethrin,permethrin and temephos were all the highest in Lianyungang,the resistances to beta-cypermethrin and bio-allethrin were the highest in Nanjing and Nantong respectively.The resistances to DDVP and propoxur were the highest in Wuxi.The resistances to permethrin,bio-allethrin,DDVP,propoxur and temphos were the lowest in Nanjing.The resistances to deltamethrin and beta-cypermethrin were the lowest in Huaian and Wuxi respectively.Conclusion The insecticides with low resistances should be used instead of those with high resistances to decrease the development of resistances.
