等离子体技术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎效果观察及护理

Effect observation of plasma technology for chronic hypertrophy rhinitis

目的观察等离子体技术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎效果及总结护理要点。方法 2008年11月-2009年11月给予62例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者行等离子体技术消融术,并给予围手术期护理。结果治愈45例(72.6%),显效14例(22.6%),无效3例(4.8%),总有效率为95.2%。结论等离子体技术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎具有安全、微创、并发症少等特点;在护理方面,做好患者围手术期护理配合,对促进患者康复,保证手术疗效起到重要的作用。

Objective To observe the effect of plasma technology for chronic hypertrophy rhinitis and to summarize the nursing points. Methods Sixty-two patients with chronic hypertrophy rhinitis were treated by plasma technology and given porioperative nursing in the perioperative period from November 2008 to November 2009. Result The treatment was successful in 45 （72.6%） cases, effective in 14 （22.6%） cases, and failed in 3 （4.8%） cases, and the total effective rate was 95.2%. Conclusions Plasma technology for chronic hypertrophic rhinitis is convenient, safe and minimally invasive and has few postoperative complications. It is very significant for facilitating convalescence and ensuring the effect of the operation to care in the perioperative period.
