摘要
目的探讨人性化护理在提高门诊输液中心护理质量中的应用效果。方法对在本院门诊输液的392例患者实施人性化护理,内容包括提供良好的输液环境、保持良好的护士形象、制订护患沟通流程和严格的输液管理制度、做好健康教育等。并采用调查问卷了解患者对护理质量评价情况。结果患者对护士技术水平、服务态度和护士形象和语言,健康教育和护理管理的评价均为95.7%以上。结论良好的服务态度和规范的仪表是实施人性化服务的前提,输液护患沟通流程、严格的查对制度以及完善的健康教育是提高输液护理质量的保证。
Objective To explore the practical roles the personal nursing play to increase the nursing quality in the clinic infusion center. Methods Certain nursing cares such as a better infusing environment, a good nurse figure, communicating charts of nurse and patients, a strict administer system and healthy education, were given to 392 patients in the clinic infusion center. Patients were surveyed by questionnaires on their assessment of nursing quality. Results Patients marked as much as 95.7% on nursing skills, service attitudes, figures and speaking, clinical environment, health education and nursing management. Conclusion Better service attitudes and etiquette appearances are the premise to implement the personal nursing care. Proper infusing chatting charts of nurses and patients, strict checking system and excellent health education guarantee the nursing quality in clinic infusion centers.
