脑卒中患者下肢静脉血栓形成危险因素分析及对策

目的探讨脑卒中患者下肢静脉血栓(deep vein thrombosis,DVT)形成的危险因素及总结护理对策。方法回顾性调查分析160例脑卒中患者并发DVT的发生率,并分析发生DVT的危险因素。结果 160例患者发生DVT的有9例,发生率为5.63%,经治疗及护理后,6例治愈,3例好转出院。结论脑卒中患者发生DVT与患者年龄大,长期卧床,血液高凝状态,合并高脂血症、高血压、糖尿病等有关。根据原因应采用相应预防护理措施,以便降低脑卒中患者DVT的发生率。

Objective To investigate risk factors of deep venous thrombosis in patients with stroke and summarize the nursing intervention.Method Retrospective analysis was performed over 160 stroke patients with DVT to analyze the risk factors for DVT.Result 9 cases of the 160 patients developed with DVT,with a rate of 5.63%.Conclusions The stroke patients developed with DVT,mainly because of the factors like senile age,long-term bed,blood hypercoagulability,hyperlipidemia,hypertension,and diabetes.According to the factors,the appropriate preventive care measures should be adopted in order to reduce the incidence of DVT in patients with stroke.
