分段式健康教育对Miles手术人工肛门患者的影响

摘要 目的探讨分段式健康教育对低位直肠癌患者实施Miles术(腹-会阴联合切除术)后重建人工肛门患者的影响。方法将75例低位直肠癌患者随机分为实验组38例和对照组37例。对照组采取常规健康教育,实验组采取分段式健康教育。对两组患者按期手术率、平均住院天数、患者满意度等进行比较。结果实验组患者按期手术率、满意度高于对照组,平均住院天数短于对照组,出院时焦虑、知识缺乏、对护士排斥低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论分段式健康教育能提高患者按期手术率,缩短平均住院天数,提高患者满意度,减轻焦虑程度、增加了相关知识掌握率,有利于良好护患关系的建立。 Objective To study the effect of stagewise health education on reconstruction effects in patients with artificial anus after Miles operation on low rectal cancer(abdominal-perineal resection).Methods Seventy five patients with low rectal cancer were randomly divided into the experimental group(n = 38) and the control group(n = 37).The control group received routine health education and the experimental group received stagewise health education.The rate of on-time manipulation of operation,averaged hospitalization duration and patients' satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of on-time manipulation of operation and the satisfaction degree in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P 0.05),the averaged hospitalization duration was shorter(P 0.05) and the anxiety,lack of knowledge,hostility to nurses at discharge were all at a lower level than those in the control group(P 0.05).Conclusions The stagewise health education can improve the rate of on-time operation,shorten the average hospitalization duration,improve patient's satisfaction,and reduce anxiety and lack of knowledge.It is conducive to a good nurse-patient relationship.
