改良阴茎背神经切断术治疗原发性早泄患者围手术期的护理

目的探讨阴茎背神经切断术治疗原发性早泄患者的围手术期护理要点。方法回顾性分析38例选择性阴茎背神经切除术治疗原发性早泄患者的临床资料,并总结有针对性的护理与配合方法。结果 38例患者术程顺利,术后患者阴茎敏感性均下降,射精潜伏期延长显效31例,好转4例,总有效率92.1%。结论护士进行正确的术前心理护理、术后伤口与并发症的观察及对患者家属实施心理护理是手术成功的重要保证。

Objective To explore the main points of nursing patients undergoing selective resection of the branches of the two dorsal penile nerves in the treatment of primary premature ejaculation.Method The clinical data for selective resection of the branches of the two dorsal penile nerves in the treatment of primary premature ejaculation in 38 clinical cases were analyzed retrospectively,and corresponding nursing and operation cooperation were summarized.Results All the operation courses were successful.Penile sensibility was notably decreased in all the patients,and ejaculation latency was obviously prolonged in 31 cases and improved in 4 cases,with a total effectiveness rate of 92.1%.Conclusion Preoperative mental nursing and postoperative observation on the wound and the complications and the mental instructions to the spouse of the patient are vital to successful selective resection of the branches of the two dorsal penile nerves in the treatment of primary premature ejaculation.
