摘要
职业压力、倦怠,精神分裂甚至自杀以及企业组织的短命均昭示了现行管理的严重异化。管理异化不仅导致企业效率的丧失,更严重的是神圣的人性遭到残酷的奴役。主体性管理新范式的探索正是对管理异化现实的深刻反思和回应。主体性管理新范式的理论硬核、保护带和解题手段分别是"主体性人性预设与管理思维","组织正义与制度保障","自我管理、主体性开发、内部营销、管理职能创新"。
Occupational pressure,weariness,schizophrenia and even suicide and short life-span of business organizations reflect the serious alienation of the existing management system.Management alienation leads to the loss of business efficiency,and what's worse,the sacred humanity is enslaved cruelly.The exploration of the new pattern on Subjectivity Management is the profound reflection of and response to management alienation.The theoretical hard core,protection zone and solution of the new pattern on Subjectivity Management are respectively 'the humanity premise of subjectivity and management thinking','organization justice and system insurance' and 'self-management,subjectivity exploration,internal marketing,and management function innovation'.
