摘要
从整机单位对元器件供应商的信任、信息共享、投资与支持和元器件供应的市场环境4个方面,对供应商关系管理进行了实证研究,发现整机单位虽然具备了供应商关系管理的基础,但仍然停留在供应商一般管理的层次,在深度交涉、共担风险和共同赢利等方面认识还比较模糊,进而针对这些问题提出了相应的对策和建议。
This paper studies the supplier relationship management between the military units and the electronic components suppliers in China by empirical research method and from the four perspectives of trust,information sharing,investment and support and market environment of electronic components supply.We found out that the military units have not realized the real supplier relationship management,although they have the necessary foundation of supplier relationship management.The paper argues that close collaboration,mutual risk and profit sharing should be strengthened and proposes the corresponding suggestions.
