女性乳腺健康体检1036例发现早期乳腺癌5例调查分析

Investigation of Detected Early-stage Breast carcinoma cases in 1036 women of physical examination in Nantong

目的:旨在女性人群健康体检中发现早期乳腺癌。方法:分析2008年5～11月1036例女性乳腺临床检查资料。结果:1036例健康体检女性中,外科临床检查发现乳腺正常196例,乳腺增生555例,乳腺结节215例和乳腺肿块70例;彩超1035例检查发现乳腺正常者775例,乳腺导管囊性扩张者37例,导管扩张和低回声区者215例;钼靶检查21例发现乳腺增生症15例,乳腺良性肿瘤3例和恶性肿瘤3例。临床确诊乳腺癌5例,内有早期乳腺癌4例和Ⅱ期乳腺癌1例。结论:健康体检女性人群中可发现早期乳腺癌。

Objective： the aim of this study was to investigate the data of physical examination women＇s breast examined by surgeon, ultrasonography and mammograph in order to detect early-stage breast carcinoma cases. Methods： Investigation was the data that were included physical examination women＇s breast（N=1036） examined by surgeon, and women＇s breast （N= 1 035） examined by uhrasonography, and women＇s breast （N=21） examined by mammograph between May 2008 and Nov. 2008. Results： In 1 036 women＇s breast examined by surgeon there were 196 normal breast, 555 breast hyperplasia,215 breast node and 70 breast mass. In 1 036 women＇s breast examined by uhrasonography there were 775 normal breast,37 breast duct cyst di- latation, 8 breast duct dilatation with low echo region, and 215 low echo region. In 21 women＇s breast examined by mammograph there were 15 mastopathy, 3 benign breast tumor and 3 malignant breast tumor. In 1036 physical examination women＇s breast,there were 5 breast carcinoma that were included 4 early-stage breast carcinoma and 1 Ⅱ -stage breast carcinoma. Conclusion： This investigation suggests that can dectect physical examination women＇s early-stage breast carcinoma.
