武广高速铁路无拉杆式桥梁墩身模板设计与施工 被引量:4

摘要 为确保工程质量,武广铁路客运专线双线矩形实心或空心桥墩均采用无拉杆式模板施工。墩身外模采用整体定型模板,并进行可调式无拉杆式设计,桁架加固,设计承载力大,挠度可调,使用安全方便;墩身内模采用平面钢模板整体拼装,竖向支立。施工时,改进了工艺流程,将模板拼接缝填塞双面胶,防止漏浆,并在混凝土浇筑前对模板预设5 mm预拱度,得到预想的结果。 The non-strut formwork construction was used on the solid or hollow set-shaped piers of Wuhan-Guangzhou Passenger Dedicated Line.The external formwork was integrated set-shaped,adjustable non-strut designed and truss strengthened,it has large design bearing capacity,adjustable deflection and operated safety and easily.The inner formwork was integral assembled by using the plan steel formwork in vertical direction.It should use the double-sided adhesive packing in the joints to prevent leakage and preset 5 mm pre-camber before concrete pouring.
