摘要 结合武广客运专线王灌冲大桥的现场施工实践经验,对后张法施工纵、竖向预应力中的纵向预应力施工技术进行总结,对钢绞线、波纹管原材控制、预应力筋管道的施工定位、当钢绞线与竖向预应力筋和普通钢筋发生冲突时允许进行局部调整的原则、锚垫板安装、金属波纹管接头管的处理等每道工序进行阐述,对施工中常遇到的问题进行理论分析,并提出相应的预防补救措施,为以后的预应力施工提供借鉴。 By combining the construction experience of Wangguanchong bridge in Wuguang high speed railway,the vertical prestressed construction technique of post-tensioning method was concluded.The control of bellows and raw material,the location of prestressed reinforcement pipe,the installation of anchor plate,and the treatment of joint of metal bellows were illustrated.The problems which is confronted in the engineering project were analyzed and the remedial measures were proposed.The methods used in this paper provide some references for prestressed construction.
