摘要
在武广铁路工程的混凝土施工中,采用骨料喷雾水预冷、底层取料、冰水拌混凝土、夜间薄层浇筑等措施;在混凝土保养上采用自动喷水,白天覆盖混凝土面;用优质水泥加粉煤灰混合料、添加缓凝减水剂等措施,达到温控防裂的目的。通过工程的施工实践经验,对混凝土施工的温度控制从理论上进行了分析,提出了有效的控制措施,保证了混凝土的施工质量。
In the Wuhan-Guangzhou railway projects for concrete construction,the aggregate pre-cooling spray of water,bottom reclaimers,ice mixed concrete,pouring concrete measures such as thin layer at night were used.In concrete maintenance,automatic sprinkler was used,concrete surface was covered during the day.With high-quality cement and fly ash mixture,water-reducing agent and other measures were retarded to achieve temperature control crack.Through the works of practical experience,the construction of mass concrete temperature control was carried out,scientific analysis of the theory was put forward effective to guarantee the construction quality of concrete.
