摘要
开建于2006年初的武广客运专线是国内首条客运专线,各项施工技术标准都有很大的提高,尤其是高性能混凝土标准的提高。桥梁大体积砼承台的施工技术及温度裂缝与骨料品种、配合比、外加剂掺合料、浇筑温度、浇筑顺序、外界气温、保温措施、养护条件等直接有关,施工过程中存在很多的不确定性,理论计算很难完全反映实际情况,因此,必须进行工程实时监控。根据实践经验,提出桥梁大体积砼承台的施工方法。
Wuguang broad high-speed railroad that was firstly built in 2006,is the first passenger transportation special line in China,because the passenger transportation special line is a new topic,each construction technique standard has very big enhancement,particularly high performance concretes standard enhancement.The bridge great concrete pile construction technique and the temperature crack are related to the aggregate variety,the mixture ratio,the admixture mixes the material,the construction temperature,the construction order,the outside temperature,the heat preservation measure,the curing conditions directly and so on,in the construction process there are many uncertainties,the theoretical calculation is very difficult to reflect the actual situation completely,the project real-time monitoring must be carried out.According to many years experience,the bridge great volume tong was pointed out to receive Taiwan's job practice.
