摘要 用氯气（Ｃｌ２）与硼纤维生产过程回收尾气ＢＣｌ３中的丁硼烷（Ｂ４Ｈ１０）进行反应，实现了硼纤维生产过程中ＢＣｌ３的循环利用。 The recycling of boron trichloride(BCl 3) during boron fibre production may be realized by the reaction between Cl 2 and B 4H 10 included in BCl 3 which was retrieved during CVD boron fibre production
