摘要
研究了真空电弧镀沉积ＮｉＣｒＡｌＹ涂层工艺，对涂层成分的离析现象进行了分析，并且探讨了沉积工艺参数对涂层微观组织结构的影响，最后讨论了真空热处理对涂层与基体之间互扩散的影响。
