基于和差补偿的板带钢薄板凸度检测系统

摘要 针对国内外板带钢生产过程中板凸度检测方法的不足,提出基于"和差补偿"的板凸度测量原理,围绕该板凸度检测系统的3大组成部分,分别讨论移动测量架体、嵌入式处理系统和数据库管理系统的设计.最后验证该检测系统的测试数据与国外板凸度仪测试数据的一致性,得出该检测系统原理正确、设计合理、精度可靠、使用高效的结论. This paper first explains the importance of convexity detection and present detecting methods in board-strap steel industry,and then brings forward measure principle of "difference compensation" aiming at their shortcomings.Then the floating measure shelf,embedded processing system and the designing of database managing system,which compose the convexity detection system,are introduced.In the end,the test data of this detection system are validated in accord with that from aboard and thus the detection system proves to possess legitimacy,design reasonability,precision credibility and high efficiency.
