从医患共生的视角出发,通过分析医生、患者以及他们的互动空间资源,发现:个人原子化所带来的沉重就医负担,医生逆向选择所引起的医患供需矛盾,以及卫生院溃败所导致的城乡卫生资源配置严重失衡是医患关系恶化的三大社会根源。个人原子化是国退民进、家庭核心化和社区陌生化的结果,医生逆向选择与人力资本的城乡二元格局紧密相关,卫生院溃败则由其缺乏空间再生产的效率所致。

Why doctor--patient relationship deteriorates day by day？ We analyze doctor, patient, and their interaction resources space from the perspective of Social Symbiosis, which show that three social factors are the roots of deterioration between doctor and patient. Including that the heavy burden of medical treatment brought by the individual atomization, that the supply--demand contradiction between doctor and patient induced by the physician adverse selection, and that the imbalance of health resource allocation between urban and rural areas caused by the downfall of health centers. The individual atomization conduced by the State Economy out and the Private Economy in and the dwindling household and community strangeness. The physician adverse selection has a significant correlation with the dual social structure between urban and rural areas. The downfall of health centers due to the lack of space reproduction efficiency.
