Path Selection and Policy Advices on Construction of Migrant Workers Medical Insurance System

农民工是一个特殊的社会群体,为我国城市和农村社会经济的发展做出巨大的贡献,但现有的医疗保障制度的建设没有考虑到农民工群体的社会特点。从农民工社会结构、特点以及现有医疗保障制度安排等方面对农民工医疗保障路径建设进行审视和思考,为政府制定我国合适的农民工医疗保障制度提供政策建议。

Migrant workers are special social group and have great contribution to socioeconomic development of urban and rural regions, but existing medical insurance systems lack of consideration on social characteristics of migrant workers. The paper has deep view to path selection of migrant workers medical insurance system from social structure and characteristic of migrant workers and construction status of existing medical insurance systems, the aim is to provide policy advices for reasonable construction of migrant workers medical insurance system.
