运用“戴明环”管理法 做好医学生深度辅导工作

Using ＂Edwards Deming cycle＂ quality control method to do well on in-depth counseling for medical students

医学生深度辅导工作是以医学生全面发展为目标，针对医学生进行思想政治教育工作的重要举措，是培养德、智、体、美全面发展的社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人的有利保障。深度辅导工作要求辅导员在工作中坚持面向全体学生，针对问题、整合力量，特别强调在学生工作中采用科学有效的方法，全面覆盖、重点精细地做好工作。首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院科教处遵照北京市教育委员会和学校的要求，采用“戴明环”管理法，力争科学、有效地做好学生的深度辅导工作。

In-depth counseling for medical students is an important measure to execute ideological and political education, which takes comprehensive development of medical students as the goal. In this work, scientific and effective methods should he used. According to the requirements of Beijing Municipal Commission of Education and Capital Medical University, ＂Edwards Deming cycle＂ quality control method was applied to in-depth counseling in Beijing Tongren Hospital so as to achieve good effect.
