加大精品课程建设力度是提高医学院校本科教育水平和质量的重要举措。精品课程建设既是规范课堂教学、提高教学水平的过程，也是加强师资队伍建设、提高学校核心竞争力的过程。师资队伍建设不仅是精品课程建设的重要指标，起着基础和保障的作用，也是精品课程建设的重要成果之一。为了保证精品课程建设的高效优质，天津医科大学在师资引进和培养方面形成了一系列长效机制和体制，有力地促进了精品课程的建设。

To strengthen the excellent courses construction is of much importance to promote the educational levels of undergraduates in medical universities and colleges. The construction of excellent courses could not only standardize classroom teaching and improve teaching quality, but also strengthen the construction of teachers and core-competitiveness of universities and colleges. The construction of teachers＇ group had become the foundation as well as the safeguard of the excellent courses construction. It had been proved that teachers with fine professional quality have been important achievements during excellent courses construction. In order to guarantee the construction of excellent courses with high quality, Tianjin Medi- cal University had set up a series of effective systems and mechanisms of talent introduction and cultivation. Till now, our university had made great achievements in excellent courses construction.
