医学是一种文化现象，医学伦理精神也体现了一种医学文化精神。高等医学教育应当注重医学的文化传输，重视人文医学教育，特别是加强医学伦理精神的塑造。具体而言，就是要在实际教育工作中，培养学生的博物学情怀与博爱精神，坚定职业信念，增强道德责任感。

Medicine is a kind of cultural phenomenon, so the medical ethical spirit can be thought as a kind of medical cultural spirit. The medical cultural transmission and medical humanistic edu- cation should be strengthened, especially the construction of medical ethical spirit should be enhanced in the higher medical education. It means that medical students should have universal love, professional faith and moral sense of responsibility in reality.
