医学临床实践教学面临的问题与对策

The problems and countermeasures on clinical practical teaching

随着高等医学教育外部条件的不断变化，医学实习生受到各种因素的影响，临床实践教学质量明显滑坡。本文通过分析影响当前临床实习的主要因素，提出建立临床技能训练综合实验中心、启用标准化病人、推行以问题为基础学习（problem-basedleafing，PBL）教学模式、制定科学合理的考核体系、调整临床实习时间、采用分层管理等办法，从而加强医学实习生临床综合能力培养，提高临床实践教学质量。

With the continuous change of the external conditions of the higher medical education, students are affected by various factors and the qualities of clinical teaching obviously descended. This paper, which analyzes the main factors of impacting on current clinical practice, provides the following ways ： setting up a clinical skills training center, using the standardized patient model, implementing PBL teach- ing method and formulate scientific and rational evaluation system, adjusting the time of the clinical practice and using layered management in order to strengthen the culture of clinical comprehensive competence of the medical students and improve the quality of clinical practice teaching.
