临床实习教学中教师质量控制初探

The quality control of teachers in clinical internship

临床实习是医学教育中的重要组成部分，保证临床实习教学质量的关键是质量控制，而教师质量控制是其中的关键环节。在医学教育日益国际化的背景下，必须引导和保证临床实习带教教师按照《本科医学教育标准——临床医学专业（试行）》的培养目标进行教学，而目前尚无建立统一详细的、针对临床实习带教教师的质量控制体系。郧阳医学院附属太和医院通过实施临床实习带教教师准入制度，开展临床实习带教教师规范化培训，建立临床科室规范化实习带教模式及临床实习带教教师质量控制评估体系等，就临床实习带教教师质量控制进行了初步探索。

Clinical internship was an important component in medical education, during which quality control of teachers was deemed to the most important element to ensure the quality of medical teaching. In the increasing internationalization of medical education, how to direct and ensure that during medical internship teachers conduct their teaching on the basis of cultivating objectives of Essential Requirements for Clinical Medical Education. There was up to now no such an accepted and detailed quality control system to govern teachers in clinical internship. It was probed by means of carrying out access system of teachers in clinical internship, developing standardization training, setting up teaching model and evaluation system in this article.
