计算机模拟病例（computer-based case simulation，CCS）考试是测量学生解决临床问题能力，尤其是临床决策思维和处理病人问题能力的重要方法之一。本文介绍了计算机模拟病例考试的概念、国外发展状态、与其他考试形式的比较，阐述了计算机模拟病例的优越性，为大范围地推广应用提供了依据。

The computer-based case of simulation is a method of medical exams which can test students＇ ability of problem solving, in particular it is one of the important methods for testing the abilities of clinical thinking for decision-making and patient management problems. This paper introduces the concept, the development of computer-based case simulation as well as the comparison of it with other formats of examination. It also expounds the advantages of computer-based case simulation and provides the evidence for utilization in national wide in the future.
