摘要
以魔芋胶为主要原料制得氧化魔芋胶,与卡拉胶、黄原胶复配,通过三元二次通用旋转组合设计的模型解析来得到3种胶体最优配比区域.试验结果表明,胶黏剂中各组分用量的最佳参数为:m氧化魔芋胶∶m卡拉胶∶m黄原胶=50∶40∶10,此配比制备的魔芋基木材胶黏剂为乳白色粘稠液体,粘度5870mPa.s,剪切强度5.68MPa,剥离强度6.25kN/m,透明度0.143,凝胶强度178g/cm2.
Konjac-polysaccharide was taken as the main raw material to prepare oxidized konjac glucomannan,which was then mixed with carrageenan and xanthan gum.The optimal ratio area of the three kinds of gel was obtained through analysis of a model with the method of the quadratic general rotational combination design with three factors.The experimental results showed that the best combination of the above parameters was oxidized konjac glucomannan∶carrageenan∶xanthan gum=50∶40∶10.The konjac-based wood adhesive prepared according to the above ratio was a milk-white thick liquid,with a viscosity of 5 870 mPa·s,a shear strength of 5.68 MPa,a peel strength of 6.25 kN/m,a transparency of 0.143 and a gel strength of 178 g/cm2.
