急性冠脉综合征与血清尿酸关系的探讨

摘要 目的探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者与血清尿酸(UA)的相关性。方法选择52例急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者及35例健康对照者的血清标本,对UA、FBG、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平进行对照比较及相关性分析。结果 ACS组血尿酸值为(355.80±59.33)μmol/L,其中血清尿酸>420μmol/L20例(38.46%);对照组血尿酸值为(307.17±46.62)μmol/L,其中血尿酸>420μmol/L6例(17.14%)。ACS组血尿酸值及高尿酸发生率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。ACS组合并高血糖、高血脂也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血清UA及血脂水平的联合检测在ACS诊断中具有重要意义。
