摘要
评述了利用脉冲激光对液体中固体材料进行表面处理以获得亚稳态新相的方法,并采用脉冲激光诱导固—液界面反应法制备了金刚石纳米晶和氮化碳纳米晶,简要分析了用此方法合成纳米晶的生长过程。
Pulsed-laser-induced reactive method is reviewed in which solid materials in liquid are treated by pulsed-laser to produce new metastable phases. Also, nanocrystalline diamond and carbon nitrides are synthesized by the method at solid liquid interface, and the synthesis processes of nanocrystals are analysed briefly.
