The Compostion and Far-infrared Radiating Properties of Metal and Nonmetal Oxides at Low Temperature

摘要 系统研究了金属和非金属氧化物及其混合物的低温远红外辐射性能。结果表明,氧化铝、氧化钛、氧化锆、氧化硅、莫来石、高岭土和绢云母等或其混合物是性能良好的低温远红外辐射物质,煅烧对其低温远红外发射率影响不大,而且这些物质在50℃下的4~14μm波段的远红外发射率往往高于其在高温下的同波段远红外发射率。而过渡金属氧化物和其混合物的低温远红外发射性能较其高温远红外发射性能略差,煅烧可显著提高其低温远红外发射性能。 Far-infrared radiating properties at low temperature (for example 50~100℃) of metal and non metal oxides & the mixtures are systematicall studied. The results show that γ-Al_2O_3, TiO_2, ZrO_2, SiO_2, mullite, kaolin, sericite etc. as well as their mixtures are excellent far infrared radiating materials at low temperature. Not only the emissivity is less effectd by calcined history, but also the far-infrared emissivity at low tmperature is usually higher than the emissivity of same wavelength at high temperature. The far-infrared emissivity at low temperature of Fe_2O_3, MnO_2, Ni_2O_3,Co_2O_3 etc. and their mixtures are lower than that of same wavelength at high temperature. The emissivity of Fe_2O_3, MnO_2, Ni_2O_3, Co_2O_3 etc. are obviously effectd by calcined history.
