气相色谱法测定双柏膏中冰片的含量

Determination of synthetic borneol in shuangbai ointment by gas chromatography

目的用气相色谱法测定双柏膏中的冰片含量。方法以水杨酸甲酯为内标物,采用内标物预先加入法,弹性石英毛细管柱Supelcowax-10(30m×0.32mm,0.25μm),FID检测器,氮气为载气,柱温为110℃。结果在该色谱条件下,冰片中异龙脑和龙脑及内标物水杨酸甲酯均得到良好的分离,冰片的回收率为103.4%(RSD=0.4%)。结论该法灵敏、准确,重复性好,可用于控制该制剂的质量。

Objective To establish the determination for synthetic borneol in Shuangbai ointment by GC.Methods The internal standard method was employed.Methyl salicylate,the internal standard,was added to the sample before treatment.The GC system consisted of supelcowax-10 column（30 m×0.32 mm,0.25 μm）, nitrogen as the carrier gas,column temperature at 110℃,and FID as the detector.Results Synthetic borneol（borneol and isoborneol）and methyl salicylate were separated well under the chromatographic condition.The average recovery of synthetic borneol was 103.4%.Conclusion The method is sensitive,accurate,and can be used to control the quality of the preparation.
