高血压性脑出血微创手术治疗的护理体会

目的探讨高血压性脑出血微创手术治疗的护理方法及经验。方法对我院2008年11月至2009年12月110例高血压性脑出血患者行颅内血肿微创清除术,并将其分为治疗组与对照组,分别进行护理干预或一般护理。将两组护理结果予以分析总结。结果治疗组平均住院时间、病死率与对照组比较均有显著性差异,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者生活自理能力明显高于对照组。结论对高血压性脑出血微创手术治疗患者进行护理干预能减少患者住院时间,提高治愈率,并有效地提高了患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage nursing minimally invasive surgical treatment methods and experience.Methods The hospital in November 2008-December 2009 110 cases of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage Minimally invasive surgery of intracranial hematoma,and divided into treatment group and control group,separately or general nursing care and intervention.The two groups of nursing outcomes to be analyzed and summarized.Results The average length of stay,mortality compared with the control group were significantly different,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The treatment group was significantly higher in patients with self-care ability.Conclusion Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in patients with minimally invasive surgical treatment of nursing intervention to reduce hospitalization time,increase the cure rate,and effectively improve the patient＇s quality of life.
