The nursing care of the speedy onsillectomy by guillotine

目的探讨快速扁桃体挤切术的护理配合,提高护理质量。方法对105例扁桃体快速挤切术的护理,包括手术前准备、术中配合技巧、病情观察、术后的护理等进行总结。结果 105例患者行快速扁桃体挤切均取得成功,术中未发生大出血及其他并发症,无感染征象。结论认为术前准备充分、术中密切配合、术后护理是手术成功、减少并发症和术后恢复快的保证。

Objective This study aimed to explore the nursing care for the speedy tonsillectomy by guillotine so as to improve the quality of nursing.Methods We summarize the nursing care of 105 cases to whom the speedy tonsillectory by guillotine was done,which included preoperative preparation,nursing coordination in operation,monitoring of the patients’ condition,postoperative care.Results The speedy tonsillectomy by guillotine for 105 cases was operated successfully.No hemorrhoea or other complications occurred in the operation,nor did postoperative infection.Conclusion Complete preoperative preparation,close nursing coordination in operation,and good postoperative care guarantee the success of the surgery,reduce complications,and assure the quick postoperation recovery.
