玫瑰糠疹诱因及预后临床分析

摘要 目的探讨玫瑰糠疹的诱发因素及预后情况。方法对2005年7月以来在本科门诊就诊的200例玫瑰糠疹患者的临床资料进行观察和回顾性分析。结果多种因素可诱发玫瑰糠疹发病,上呼吸道感染是其中主要因素之一。在常规药物治疗基础上加强针对诱因的治疗,痊愈31例,显效36例,有效率为75.28%。结论上呼吸道感染等因素是玫瑰糠疹常见的诱因,在玫瑰糠疹的治疗中,应考虑到针对诱因的治疗;另外通过随访可知,玫瑰糠疹是一种自限性疾病,预后较好。 Objective To investigate the inducement and prognosis of pityriasis rose. Methods The data of 200 patients with pityriasis rose from July of 2005 were analyzed retr-ospectively. Results Pityriasis Rose was recorded to be caused by multiple factors, Upper respiratory tract infection were the main ones. 31 ca- ses were cured and 36 showed effec-tive, The total efficient was 75.28 %. Conclusion In the treatment of pity- riasis rosea,we must take into account the incentives,Through the follow-up we can see that pityriasis ros-e is a self-limiting disease, the prognosis is good.
