ABO钢板治疗不稳定锁骨骨折

ABO plate for treatment of unstable clavicular fractures

摘要 目的探讨轨道式加压接骨板(Anatomy Biology Osteosyntheses,ABO)对锁骨骨折内固定的临床效果。方法自2004年12月至2008年12月,对185例不稳定锁骨骨折,使用轨道式加压接骨板治疗,现进行回顾性分析。结果本组随访6~23个月(平均15个月),骨折愈合100%,按Never评分标准:优159例(85.9%),良26例(14.1%)。结论轨道式加压接骨板治疗锁骨不稳定骨折具有手术操作简单、固定可靠、出血量少、愈合时间快、并发症少、有利于早期功能锻炼等优点,是一种简单有效的治疗方法。 Objective To explorethe clinical effect of the track-type compression plate fixation of clavicular fractures. Methods Since December 2004 to December 2008,185 cases of unstable clavicular fractures use track-type compression plate treatment, Made a retrospective analysis of the current. Results The group followed up for 6 ~ 23 months ( average 15 months) , fracture healing 100%, according to Never score criteria: excellent 159 cases(85.9% ) ,good in 26 cases( 14. 1% ). Conclusion Track-type compression plate with the surgical treatment of unstable fractures of clavicle is simple, reliable fixation, less bleeding, faster healing time, less complications and conducive to the advantages of early functional exercise, so this therapy is a simple and effective.
