摘要
目的探讨使用锁定加压接骨板应用微创技术（MIPPO）治疗Pilon骨折的方法和临床效果。方法对57例Pilon骨折患者采用微创技术锁定加压接骨板内固定治疗。结果术后随访6～18个月。按Burwell-chamley放射学评价标准，解剖复位46例，一般复位11例，复位差0例。按Mazur疗效评定标准，优19例，良26例，可12例，差0例，总优良率78．95％。结论应用MIPPO技术锁定加压接骨板内固定是治疗Pilon骨折较为理想的方法。
Objective To report the therapeutic method and clinic effect of the treatment of the closed pilon fracture appling minimally invasive pereutaneous plate osteosynthesis （MIPPO） with locking compression plate. Methods The 57 cases of the closed pilon fracture were received the oparetion appling the MIPPO with locking compression plate. Results Following up after operation, according to Burwcll-chamley ＇ s criteria, Radi- ology results were evaluated as anatomic reduction in 46 patients, general reduction in 11 patients, poor reduction in zero. According to Mazur＇ s criteria, curative effects were evaluated as excellent in 19 patients, good in 26 pa- tients,fair in 12 patients and poor in zero,Fineness rate was 78.95%. Conclusion The therapeutic method is a effective method for the treatment of the closed pilon fracture appling the MIPPO with locking compression plate.
