摘要
目的门诊护士开展护理美学服务于患者是构建和谐的护患关系的基础。方法对实验组500名患者进行护理美学服务，对照组500例患者采用常规护理方法，通过患者满意度调查表中的结果进行评价。结果提高了患者满意度，分析差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论和谐的护患关系是实施护理措施的基础，门诊开展护理美学满足了患者生理、心理、社会的多层次审美需求。从而体现护理美学的价值，充分体现了“以人为本”的整体护理模式内涵。
Objective Evolving nursing esthetics in out-patient clinic is the foundation of constructing harmonious nurse-patient relationship. Methods Operate nursing esthetics to 500 patients in experiment group while the other 500 patients in control group were used usual care, evaluate the effect in the patients ＇ satisfaction questionnaire. Results Using nursing esthetics can increase patients＇ satisfaction, the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Harmonious nurse-patient relationship is the foundation of practicing nursing intervention. Evolving nursing esthetics could content muhistrata esthetic requirements which included patients＇ physiological, psychological and social needs. It embodied the value of nursing esthetics and the whole nursing mode connotation of people-oriented.
