当前我国“两新”组织党组织整体职能探析

On the Holistic Functions of CPC Organizations in New Economic Organizations and New Social Organizations in Current China

中共十七大新修订的《中国共产党章程》和中共中央组织部通过的《关于在个体和私营等非公有制经济组织中加强党的建设工作的意见(试行)的通知》等党内相关文件的政策规定是当前我国"两新"组织党组织整体职能描述的客观依据。当前我国"两新"组织党组织的整体职能主要包括舆论宣传导向职能、组织保障监管职能、协调沟通合作职能和团结凝聚辐射职能四个方面。

The Constitution of the Communist Party of China newly amended in the 17th National Congress of the CPC ,the （ Provisional） Instructions on Strengthening the Work of Party Construction in Individual,Private and Other Non-public Economic Organizations adopted by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee and relevant provisions in party documents are the objective basis for enhancing the functions of CPC organizations in the new economic organizations and new social organizations of our country at present. The holistic functions of CPC organizations in the two kinds of new organizations mainly include four parts,i. e. ,the function of piloting,the function of organizational guarantee,the function of coordinating,communicating and cooperating,and the function of unifying,aggregating and irradiating.
