从《南部档案》看清代州县衙役充任

Serving as Runners in Prefectures and Counties of the Qing Dynasty Based on the Nanbu Archives

清代州县衙役的充任,在来源籍贯、家庭出身、充任年龄和素质以及期限等方面都有比较严格的制度规定。但从《南部档案》来看,这些有关衙役充任的制度规定并未全部得到真正的贯彻执行,清代南部县衙役不仅在一定程度上突破了制度规定的充任条件,而且大大超过了法定的充任期限。这充分体现了清代衙役制度表达与实践的差异。

Serving as runners in prefectures and counties of the Qing Dynasty had more stringent requirements of the system in the source of origin, family background, age and quality, as well as deadlines. However, based on the Nanbu Archives, not all the relevant legal system had been put into effect. Serving as runners in the Nanbu county not only broke the serving conditions, but also exceeded the serving deadline greatly. This fully reflects the differences between expression and practice of the Qing Dynasty runners system.
