摘要
由热方程计算激光与液体薄膜材料相互作用时的温度场,分析高分子材料表面熔化及材料表面液体膜汽化产生的材料的表面粗化;近一步分析高分子的断裂、F原子替代等光化学反应;从而提出激光增强高分子材料的粘着力的表面粗化和光化学反应的机理。
The interaction between the laser and liquid thin film on polymer substrate system was theoretical analyzed using heat equations. The results show that the increasement of adhesive force of polymer surface is related to the vapourizing of surface liquid film and melting of the substrate surface. The bond of polymer molecule is broken by laser irradiation, some of fluorine atoms is replaced by hydrogen atoms during the process.
