大豆自花授粉后外源DNA导入技术 被引量:15

摘要 以花生为DNA供体,以大豆为DNA受体。在大豆白花授粉后,采用液滴法和注射法导入花生DNA。在受体大豆植株后代中获得了大豆多种变异类型.本文较详细地介绍了大豆自花授粉后外源DNA的导入技术,并提出液滴法和注射法的具体操作细则。 Peanut was used as DNA donor plant and soybean as DNA acceptor. A technique suitable for introducing exogenous DNA into soybean after self-pollenization was set up. The detail operation steps of liquid-drop meod and injection method were put forward. In addition, many types of variation were observed in the progeny of acceptor soybean plants. So this technique can be used to introducing new genetic source into soybean and to select new varieties.
