摘要
通过测量不同温度下TmYAG晶体的吸收光谱、荧光光谱和荧光寿命发现,温度是影响TmYAG晶体光谱特性的重要因素。温度升高不仅引起TmYAG晶体吸收光谱、荧光光谱的加宽和新光谱线的产生,而且引起荧光淬灭现象的发生。
By measuring the absorption and fluorescence spectra and the fluorescence lifetime of 3F 4 state of Tm 3+ ions in Tm∶YAG crystal at different temperature, the effects of temperature on the spectra and the lifetime of 3F 4 state of Tm∶YAG crystal have been investigated. When the temperature increased up to 400 K, temperature induced fluorescence quenching has been observed.
