摘要
采用“一次复型”方法,用光学金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜观察了经机加工后的陶瓷材料表面的形貌.试验结果表明,一次复型方法是研究陶瓷加工表面缺陷和微裂纹的一种简便、实用的检测方法,并可广泛用于大型工件及难于取样的硬脆材料内外表面微观检测.
Once replica' technique was used to observe microstructure of ceramic surface after machnining by Optical Microscope and SEM. Defects and microcracks were detected successfully. It can also be used for mi-cro-inspection of large components and inner and outer surfaces of hard and brittle materials.
