摘要
研究了希夫碱金属[Co(Ⅱ)、Mn(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)、Hg(Ⅱ)]配合物为载体的阴离子选择性电极,结果表明,水杨醛二缩邻苯二胺汞(Ⅱ)对碘离子具有高的选择性,且电极呈现反Hofmeister行为,其选择性次序为:I->SCN->Br->ClO-4>Cl->NO-2>NO-3>SO2-4。该电极响应速度快,具有良好的稳定性,使用寿命在三个月以上。用交流阻抗,紫外可见光谱技术研究了电极的响应机理并将电极用于药品分析。
In this paper, a solvent polymeric membrance anion selective electrodes based on N,N′ O phenylenebissalicylidene imine complexes of Hg(Ⅱ) as carrier is developed. It showed that the electrod has high selectivity toward the iodide ion and demonstrates anti Hofmerister behaviour. The electrode exhibited a near Nernstian potentiometric response for 10 -2  ̄10 -6 mol/L I - with a detection limit of 3.98×10 -7 mol/L and a slope of 52 mV/pI -. The electrode has fast response time, fair stability and reproducibility. The selectivity secquence observed is iodide>thiocyanate>bromide>perchlorate>chloride>nitrite>nitrate>sulfate. The response mechanism of the electrode was also studied with the spectroscope and ac impedance techniques.
