摘要
用Cd2+沉淀啤酒中的痕量硫化物,再以十二烷基苯磺酸钠泡沫浮选富集CdS,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定CdS中的镉,从而测定啤酒中硫化物的含量。对沉淀浮选及AAS法的条件和方法进行了研究。该方法灵敏度高,选择性和重现性均较好。能成功地测定啤酒中痕量硫化物。
A method for indirect atomic absorption spectrometry determination of trace sulfide in Beer is developed. The method based on that Cadmium can react with sulfide to form Cadmium Sulfide precipition,and therefore can be separated and enriched by using floation with sodium dodecylbenzylamine sulfonate. The parameters which influence on precipitation floation are studied,and an optimal condition is selected. The proposed method is sensitive, selective and reproducible, and has been applied to analyse real sample with satisfactory results.
