近场扫描光学显微图象与光谱技术

Near Field Scanning Optical Microscopy Image and Spectroscopy

本文就近场扫描光学显微图象及光谱这一新技术的原理、主要仪器装置及其在分析化学中的应用进行了评述。目前，这一技术已被应用于室温及大气环境中的单分子检测，显示了该技术在微区痕量分析中广阔的应用前景。

The concepts of near field scanning optical microscopy(NSOM), its variant instrumental set up and its applications in analytical chemistry are reviewed. It is showed NSOM is an effcient tool to detect the single molecule in air at room temperture. It also has been demonstrated powerful in the area of micro scale trace analysis.
